THE SURVIVORS di Sergio Leta
Il tema della mostra si ispira all’omonimo telefilm inglese di fine anni 70 “The Survivors” ; i sopravvissuti, nel quale l’1% della popolazione, si risveglia in un’ambientazione post apocalittica, l’intero mondo è stato colpito da un’epidemia.
L’esposizione comprende più di cinquanta opere, 50 sopravvissuti, realizzati ad olio e acrilico su legno, prendendo spunto, appunto, da The Survivors, Sergio Leta, imprime su questi lavori le stesse replicas de relojes suizos españa atmosfere; cupa attesa, angoscia e orrore, personaggi della nostra storia e comuni mortali, potremmo riconoscere noi stessi sperduti in questo mondo fantasma. Ad accompagnarci in questo percorso abbiamo la “Storia” che Serena Cassissa, critica e curatrice, ha scritto per “The Survivors”.
