of MACCHIAVELLO
The concept of Transgenic Trattoria arises from the doubts that each one of us might have when eating any new dish.
The Food Industry lies to us, doesn’t tell us whether the vegetable and animal produces we eat have been genetically modified.We set up a typical budget Italian Trattoria. Dishes, filled with brand new creatures, will be presented on the tables.
The Menu and wine labels will be custom made..
The installation aims is to provide a full dining experience inside a restaurant where hygiene is not a priority, but everything else reminds the customer of a low budget eatery.
